摘　　要："四个全面"聚焦于时代课题,植根于中国现实社会的新常态提出的治国理政的战略,是凝聚中国人民意志力量的精神旗帜,是中国特色社会主义发展的指向。"四个全面"战略布局植根于社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,是中国特色社会主义发展的时代课题。中国特色社会主义理论体系是兼容并包的体系,"四个全面"就是这一体系与时俱进的最新理论成果。新常态下的中国必须不断推进和深化改革开放,"四个全面"正是坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的战略指引。围绕"四个全面"战略布局不断推进改革,才能不断推进中国特色社会主义事业,才能实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。The ＂Four comprehensives＂is our Party＇s governance strategy marching focuses on contemporary issues,roots in the reality of the new normal Chinese society. The ＂Four comprehensive＂is the spirit banner which to unite the power of the Chinese people will,is the direction of the development of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. The ＂Four comprehensive＂strategic layout is the topic of the times of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics roots in the Primary Stage of Socialism. The theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics is an open system,so the＂four comprehensive＂is the latest theoretical achievements. Under the new normal,China must to continue to promote and deepen the Reform and Opening up,the ＂four comprehensive＂is the guidelines to uphold and develop the Socialism with Chinese characteristics. The reform of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics must around the ＂four comprehensive＂strategic layout,then to advance the cause of the Socialism with Chinese characteristics,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream.
