摘  要:目的研究乌司他丁对体外循环心脏手术患者心肌酶谱、炎性状态及再灌注损伤的影响。方法选取2014年9月至2016年7月进行体外循环心脏手术后治疗的60例患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(常规手术组)30例和(常规手术加乌司他丁组)30例。将两组患者术前及术后12 h、24 h及72 h的血清心肌酶、炎性指标与再灌注损伤相关指标进行检测与比较。结果观察组术后12 h、24 h及72 h的血清心肌酶均低于对照组,炎性指标与再灌注损伤相关指标也好于对照组,均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论乌司他丁可有效改善体外循环心脏手术患者的心肌酶谱及炎性状态,对于再灌注损伤的防控也发挥着积极的作用。Objective To discuss the influence of ulinastatin on myocardial enzymes and inflammatory state of patients with extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery. Methods 60 patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation from September 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into control group (routine operation group) 30 cases and observation group (routine operation and ulinastatin group) 30 cases. The serum myocardial enzyme spectrum, inflammatory indexes and related indexes of reperfusion injury of two groups before the operation and at 12 h, 24 h and 72 h after the operation were detected and compared. Results The serum myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes of observation group at 12 h, 24 h and 72 h after the operation were all lower than those of control group, inflammatory indexes and related indexes were better than those of control group too (all P 〈0. 05) , there were significant differences. Conclusion The ulinastatin can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflammatory state of patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation, and it also plays active role in the prevention and control the reperfusion injury.
