摘 要:目的探讨Sextant经皮微创内固定系统治疗老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法将收治的70例老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折随机分为对照组(35例)和研究组(35例)。对照组给予传统复位内固定治疗,研究组给予Sextant经皮微创内固定系统治疗。观察对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、椎体前缘高度比值、Cobb角、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)及并发症情况。结果研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后椎体前缘高度比值、Cobb角、VAS评分明显优于术前(P<0.05),且均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率为8.57%,略低于对照组25.71%(P>0.05)。结论采用Sextant经皮微创内固定系统对老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者进行治疗,可有效缩短手术治疗时间及住院时间,减少术后并发症的发生,值得在临床中大力推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation system in rotic vertebral fractures. Methods 70 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (with 35 cases) and study group (with 35 cases). The control group were treated with traditional reduction and internal fixation ,while the study group were treated with Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation system. The operation time, blood loss, postoperative drainage, length of stay, vertebral height ratio, Cobb angle, visual analogue scale (VAS) and complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, blood loss, postoperative drainage and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈0. 0 5) . The vertebral height ratio, Cobb angle and VAS score in the study group after operation were significantly better than those before operation, which were significantly better than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 0 5 ) . The incidence rate of complications after operation in the study group was 8.57% , slightly lower than that of 25.71% in the control group ( P 〉 0 .0 5 ) . Conclusion The application of Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation system in senile osteoporotic vertebral fractures can effectively shorten the operation time and length of stay, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
