摘　　要：文章以中铁重工ZTE6250型盾构机在西安地铁3号线施工情况为例,介绍盾构在软土地层施工中出现的蛇形前进、垂直姿态下掉、螺旋出土不顺、浆液流失等常见作业故障的处理,在不同状况下,制订相应的应对措施,使施工作业安全、经济、高效。Taking the ZTE6250 type shielding machine in Xi＇an metro line 3 construction works as an example, the paper introduces the common faults occurred in the shield construction in soft soil, such as hunting advance, vertical posture falling, difficult spiral out spoil, and slurry flow loss control. Under these various difficult conditions, some corresponding measures are taken to ensure the construction work safety, cost effective and high efficiency.
