摘 要:目的探讨新生儿早发型感染的细菌谱及药敏情况。方法随机选择155例有围产期感染高危因素的新生儿,在生后1小时内未开奶前留取胃液进行细菌培养及药敏分析,同时根据临床表现及实验室检查分为感染组和非感染组。结果胃液检查结果显示大肠埃希菌是新生儿早发型感染的主要致病菌,对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢类药物、亚胺培南敏感。结论胃液细菌培养易于操作、阳性率高,对新生儿早发型感染的诊断及抗感染治疗有重要意义。Objective To investigate the bacterium spectrum and the drug sensitivity in the early-onset neonatal infection. Method 155 neonates with high risks of prenatal infection were randomly selected for this study. Gastric fluid within 1 hour after birth was collected and cultured without feeding. These babies were divided into infection group and non-infection group according to their clinical presentations and laboratory results. Result E. coli is the main pathogen of early-onset neonatal infection which is highly sensitive to piperacillin- tazobactam, cephalosporin and imipenem. Conclusion Culture of gastric fluid is easy to handle with high positive rate, which is important for the diagnosis and treatment in the early-onset infection.
