三七种植土壤类型及产地的红外光谱鉴别方法研究  被引量:5

摘  要:为建立一种基于傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合光谱检索的三七种植土壤类型和产地的鉴别方法,以3个产地6种土壤类型种植的102株三七植株主根木质部和韧皮部的红外光谱为指标,利用Omnic 8.0软件中光谱检索功能分别对主根木质部和韧皮部的红外光谱与相应光谱库进行种植土壤类型和产地检索和鉴别。结果表明:基于韧皮部光谱的鉴别效果比木质部的好。利用韧皮部光谱对种植土壤类型和产地进行鉴别时,匹配正确率分别为90.20%和97.06%。表明傅里叶变换红外光谱技术结合光谱检索法可鉴别三七的种植土壤类型和产地。The phloems and xylems of 102 Panax notoginseng taproot samples from three geographical origins including six planting soil types were determined by Fourier transform infrared( FTIR) spectroscopy.By the spectral professional software Omnic 8. 0,the expert search,correlation search,the square differential difference retrieval and absolute differential difference retrieval of the spectra of phloems and xylems were carried out with corresponding spectral database. The result showed that phloems samples had a better discrimination effect than xylems,which yielded correct rate of 90. 20% for soil type and 97. 06% for origin. FTIR combing with the spectral retrieval method could identify different origins and planting soil types of Panax notoginseng.
