摘 要:为了推动高桩承台基础在海上风电工程的应用,克服传统打桩船施工移船驻位次数多,受风浪影响大的不足,文中提出了海上高桩承台基础斜桩吊打新工艺。研究了振动锤沉桩设备,设计了定位桩与限位导架,分析了施工关键技术,并在天津大神堂浅海活牡蛎礁独特生态系统保护与修复项目——海洋监视监控平台建设项目中应用成功。工程实践表明,该工艺具有施工速度快,沉桩质量高,施工费用低的特点。In order to promote the application of high-rise pile cap foundation in offshore wind power project, to overcome theshortage of traditional pile driving barge construction such as the large number of barge shift and the large impact of waves, weput forward new technology of lifting and driving of inclined pile in offshore elevated pile cap foundation. We studied thevibratory hammer equipment, designed the spud and limiting guide, analyzed the key construction technologies and successfullyused in shallow live oysters reef unique ecosystem protection and restoration projects ocean in Dashentang of Tianjin,which isa surveillance monitoring platform construction project. Engineering practice shows, this process has the characteristics of fastconstruction speed, high pile quality and low construction cost.
