摘 要:基层供电企业开展电能表拆换工作,需要装接人员手工登记旧表止度数据并录入内部管理系统,再由资产管理人员逐个核对止度信息与系统记录信息的一致性,操作繁杂,效率低下,且存在差错风险。国网浙江省电力公司针对传统作业弊端,提出了一套基于采集大数据的旧表止度自动复核方法,能够智能推算止度数据的理论偏差范围,实现对用户用电规律的分析,通过科技手段确保了拆表止度的严谨、高效,为广大客户合理计费增添了一重保障。During removal and replacement work of electric energy meters,installation personnel of grassroots power supply enterprises needs to manually record the readings of old meters and then input the data into internal management system; then,the asset management personnel checks the readings one by one to make sure the data are the same with those recorded in the system,which is complex to operate,inefficient and full of discrepancy risks. In view of the traditional operation defects,State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Company puts forward an automatic electric meter check method based on big data collection,enabling intelligent calculation of theoretic data difference and analysis of power consumption rules. Through technical measures, rigorism and efficiency of meter removal and reading record are guaranteed,and reasonable charging of vast power consumers is reassured.
