摘　　要：供电所管理提升是国网公司系统推进"双控目标体系"的重要组成部分,但如何进行量化评价,便于横向和纵向对比,是急需破解的一个难题。为此,国网绍兴供电公司以"系统提取、系统展示、系统分析"为工作思路,建立了一套供电所关键指标体系,实现针对供电所生产和营销业务关键指标的评价与分析,并在指标体系研究的基础上,对全市辖区供电所进行了深化应用与实践,对照指标体系暴露出供电所管理工作中的不足之处加以整改,取得了一定的成效,并指出了供电所管理提升工作中应注意的问题。The management enhancement of power supply station is an important part for promoting ＂dual-control target system＂ of SGCC. However,it is a difficulty that needs to be overcome to quantify and evaluate for the sake of lateral and longitudinal comparison. Therefore,State Grid Shaoxing Power Supply Company established a key indicators supervision and management system for power supply substation with a working thought of ＂systems extraction, systems display and systems analysis＂ to implement key indicators evaluation and analysis on production and marketing business of power supply substations; based on the research,the application and practice of the indicator system are deepened in power supply substations in the city,and shortcomings in management of power supply stations are corrected in line with the indicator system,from which some achievements are obtained; additionally, precautions in power supply station management enhancement are presented.
