某发生器产次氯酸消毒液的杀菌效果及其毒性试验观察

摘　　要：目的观察一种次氯酸发生器生产的消毒液的消毒相关性能。方法按照《消毒技术规范》,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法,对该消毒液杀菌效果和毒性进行实验研究。结果以该次氯酸发生器100 mg/L浓度选择界面生成的消毒剂作用20 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌各次的杀灭对数值均>5.00。含有效氯200 mg/L该次氯酸消毒液浸泡黄瓜和竹筷20 min,对染于黄瓜表面和竹筷表面的大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>3.00。用有效氯100 mg/L该次氯酸消毒液擦拭物体表面作用20 min,对自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00。有效氯100mg/L该次氯酸消毒液急性经口毒性试验对小鼠LD50值均>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞未发现微核作用,对完整皮肤无刺激性。结论该次氯酸发生器产生的次氯酸消毒液对细菌繁殖体有良好的杀菌效果,属于实际无毒级物质,无致微核作用。Objective To observe the disinfection properties of the disinfectant produced by a hypochlorous acid generater and provide guidance for practical application. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal test were uti-lized for study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of the disinfectant produced by the hypochlorous acid generater. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli exposed to the concentration of 100 mg/L disinfectant produced by the hypochlorous acid generater for 20 min were〉5. 00. Soaking cucumber and bamboo chopsticks in the disinfectant with 200 mg/L available chlorine for 20 min,the killing logarithm of Escherichia coli coated on them were〉3. 00. Wiping surface of an object with the 100 mg/L available chlorine disinfectant for 20 min,the killing logarithm of natural bacteria on the surface was〉1. 00. The results of acute oral toxicity test show that the mice oral toxicity LD50 of 100 mg/L available chlorine disinfectant were〉5 000 mg/（kg·bw）,which belonged to practically non-toxic class. It did not cause micronucleus formation in the bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte of the mice. 100 mg/L available chlorine disin-fectant was not irritating to the skin of healthy rabbit. Conclusion The disinfectant produced by the hypochlorous acid gen-erater has good germicidal efficacy on bacteria,non-toxic and does not cause micronucleus formation.
