摘　　要：地方高校成人教育发展过程中,出现了一些相似性的、倾向性的问题,诸如,办学定位偏差、结构性矛盾凸显、职业性特色缺失和非学历培训力度不大等,这些问题制约了成人高等教育的发展。基于此,文章从内涵发展、职业导向、多种形式融合、网络化改造、服务人的终身学习等方面提出了解决问题的对策,进而推动成人教育事业在新常态背景下的可持续发展。In the developing process of adult education in local colleges, there are some similar tendencies and the problems such as the deviation of school-running orientation, structural contradictions, and lack of vocational characteristics and weakness of non-de- gree training, these problems above restrict the development of adult higher education. Based on this, from the aspects of connotation development, career orientation, various forms of fusion, the transformation of network, the service of the people of lifelong learning, this article put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem, and promote the sustainable development of adult education under the background of the New Normal.
