摘 要:通过正交试验和单因素条件试验,研究了用中药渣及硫酸还原浸出软锰矿,考察了硫酸用量、反应时间、反应温度和中药渣与软锰矿的质量比对锰浸出率的影响。结果表明,在软锰矿质量50g、硫酸用量35mL、反应时间5h、反应温度90℃、中药渣与软锰矿质量比0.6条件下,锰浸出率达96%以上,浸出效果较好。Using the dregs of herbal medicine as reducing agent to leach manganese from pyrolusite using sulfuric acid was studied by orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments. The influence of the amount of sulfuric acid, reaction time, reaction temperature, and mass ratio of dregs of herbal medicine to pyrolusite on the leaching rate of manganese were examined. The results show that the leaching rate of manganese can reach 96% when the pyrolusite mass is 50 g,sulfuric acid dosage is 35 mL,reaction time is 5 h,reaction temperature is 90 ℃, and the mass ratio of dregs of herbal medicine to pyrolusite is O. 6,the leaching effect is good.
