摘 要:以氨水(质量分数为28%)为沉淀剂,应用沉淀沉积法制草酸二甲酯加氢制备乙二醇催化剂Cu/SiO_2,研究蒸氨温度对催化剂反应性能的影响.实验结果表明:蒸氨温度为90℃时,催化剂表现出较好的催化性能.在固定床反应器中,当反应温度为200℃,反应压力为2.1 MPa,n(H2)/n(DMO)为90,草酸二甲酯的转化率达到100%,乙二醇的选择性达到97.3%.采用BET、XRD、H2-TPR等对催化剂结构进行表征,表征结果表明:蒸氨温度会影响催化剂晶体结构、孔结构、活性组分的还原性能,从而影响Cu/SiO_2催化剂对草酸二甲酯加氢制备乙二醇的催化性能.Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by coprecipitation method with precipitator of aqueous ammonia,and the catalytic performance of catalysts was tested for the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate( DMO) to ethylene glycol( EG). The effect of evaporate ammonia temperature on the performance of the catalysts was investigated. The results indicated that the catalyst prepared with evaporate ammonia temperature of 90 ℃showed better catalytic activity. Under reaction condition of 200 ℃,pressure was 2. 1 MPa,n( H2)/n( DMO) = 90,100 % DMO conversion and 97. 3 % EG selectivity were obtained over the catalyst.BET,XRD and H2-TPR were used to characterize the structures of the catalysts. Based on the results,it was found that the structures of the Cu/SiO2 catalysts,as well as reducibility of the catalyst,were affected by the evaporate ammonia temperature in preparation,which consequently affected the catalytic performance of the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate.
