摘  要:阐述了利用有限元方法计算结构耦合热应力的基本原理,列出了瞬态温度场问题的求解方程与结构耦合热应力的求解思想。着重探讨了某压力容器内的瞬态温度场和耦合热应力的有限元实施与分析,在对实际结构合理简化的基础上,计算了结构瞬态温度、耦合热应力随时间的变化曲线,并得到了升温结束时刻的压力容器整体结构的应力分布,以及主螺栓内的应力状态。The basic principle of structural coupled thermal stress calculation by finite element method was demonstrated in this paper,and the solving equation of transient temperature field and the solution method of the coupled thermal stress were listed. The finite element method's implementation and analysis of transient temperature field and coupled thermal stress in a pressure vessel were emphatically discussed. On the basis of reasonable simplification to the actual structure,the timedependent curve of structural transient temperature and coupled thermal stress was obtained,and the stress distribution of the integral structure and the main bolt at the end of the temperature rise were also given.
