摘 要:建立了能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)快速测定烟草中的镉和铅的方法。研究表明:在优化的试验条件下,方法的线性关系良好,镉和铅的线性范围分别为0.18~4.73 mg·kg^(-1)和0.20~3.85 mg·kg^(-1),检出限分别为0.054 mg·kg^(-1)和0.06 mg·kg^(-1),测定结果与烟草行业标准ICP-MS法定值的相对偏差均小于5%,RSD均小于7.4%,表明该方法适用于对烟草中的镉、铅进行快速检测。A method for rapid determination of cadmium and lead in tobacco with energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The influences of different forms and mass of sample were studied, while parameters of instrument were optimized. For the detection of cadmium, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9937, the limit of detection was 0.054 mg·kg^(-1), the linear range was from 0.18 to 4.73 mg·kg^(-1). And for the detection of lead, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9908, the limit of detection was 0.06 mg·kg^(-1), and the linear range was from 0.20 to 3.85 mg·kg^(-1). The results proved that,in comparison with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS), energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometry can be used to rapidly detect cadmium and lead in tobacco.
