摘 要:为考察烟用接装纸与消费者口腔接触时着色剂附着的牢固程度,通过模拟接装纸接触口腔过程,采用沾色法建立了接装纸耐唾液色牢度的检测方法。将试样与唾液模拟液浸润过的玻璃纤维纸贴合在一起,在40℃温度和1 kg压力条件下放置10 min,参照标准灰色样卡,目测评定或仪器评定晾干后玻璃纤维纸的沾色牢度级别。结果显示:1通过沾色后评级可实现对接装纸耐唾液色牢度的定量测定;2比较两种评级方式,仪器评级的准确性和再现性更优,而目测评级更为简便和快速;3对相同样品的测定,实验室内结果重复性好,实验室间也具有较好的再现性。该方法可用于接装纸耐唾液色牢度的监测和产品印刷质量控制。Determination of saliva tolerant color fastness on printed tipping paper by staining operation was developed by simulating the process of tipping paper in contact with mouth during smoking. A sample was brought into contact with glass fiber papers which have been saturated with simulated saliva and placed under load of 1kg at 40℃ for 10 min. The staining of glass fiber paper was evaluated against a grey scale. Visual or instrumental assessment of dried glass fiber paper graded color fastness to saliva of the tipping paper. Results showed that:1) Quantitative determination of color fastness to saliva by evaluation of stained glass fiber paper was achieved. 2) Accuracy and reproducibility of instrumental assessment were better while visual assessment was more convenient and rapid. 3) For the determination of same samples, intra-laboratory results boasted good repeatability and inter-laboratory featured good reproducibility. This method proved suitable for monitoring color fastness to saliva in tipping paper and for controlling printing quality.
