窄谱中波紫外线照射联合中药熏蒸及丹皮酚软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹  

Clinical Effect of NB-UVB Combined with Herbal Fumigation and External Use of Paeonol Ointmen on Pityriasis Rosea

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射联合中药熏蒸及外用丹皮酚软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法将80例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分成4组,每组20例,治疗组先行NB-UVB光疗,再行中药熏蒸,之后皮损处外涂丹皮酚软膏;对照1组采用NB-UVB治疗;对照2组采用中药熏蒸治疗,对照3组采用NB-UVB联合中药熏蒸不涂用丹皮酚软膏治疗,以上各组均隔日1次,2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为95%,明显优于对照1组(75%)和对照2组(60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有效率略高于对照3组(90%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NB-UVB照射联合中药熏蒸及丹皮酚软膏治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect of narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） irradiation combined with herbal fumigation and external use of Paeonol Ointmen on pityriasis rosea. Methods 80 cases with pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into 4groups： treatment group, control group 1, 2 and 3, 20 cases in each; cases in treatment group received NB-UVB irradiation firs, and then herbal fumigation and Paeonol Ointmen applied onto the lesion; NB-UVB irradiation was applied to cases in control group 1 while herbal fumigation to cases in control group 2 and Paeonol Ointmen to cases in control group 3; treatment for each was performed once every other day and the course lasted for 2 weeks. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 95%, much superior to that in control group 1（75%） and that in control group 2（60%）, the difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）, and it was a little higher than that in control group 3（90%） with no statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusions NB-UVB irradiation combined with herbal fumigation and external use of Paeonol Ointmen is of good clinical effect on pityriasis rosea.
