双笼式永磁涡流联轴器温度场有限元仿真研究

摘  要:基于鼠笼式异步电动机原理及结构特性,提出一种双笼式永磁涡流联轴器结构,其具有启动性能好、传递性能良好等优点。从温度场角度出发,研究联轴器在工作状态下内部温度分布规律。有限元分析结果表明:联轴器温度场整体呈区域性分布,最高部分发生在内转子,可达79.163℃,外转子永磁体最高温度为30.48℃,未达到材料居里温度,联轴器可保证正常工作。分析结果对双笼式永磁涡流联轴器进一步的性能研究具有一定的指导意义。Based on principle and structural characteristics of squirrel -cage induction motor, a new double -cage permanent-magnet eddy-current coupling device is put forward which has excellent starting performance and good transfer performance. This paper studies the coupling's temperature distribution under the working state. The results show that the whole temperature field of the coupling has the regional distribution, the highest temperature part is inner rotor which is up to 79.163 C, outer rotor permanent magnet maximum temperature is 30.48 C which does not reach the Curie temperature, the coupling can guarantee the normal work. The analysis results have certain guiding significance for the further study of the performance of the double-cage permanent-magnet eddy-current coupling.
