摘　　要：介绍了悬臂式掘进机截割部的具体结构形式,两级行星齿轮减速器传动原理和传动比的确定计算,旋转配水装置的创新结构设计,高效配置超声波空气雾化装置的外喷雾系统,截割部的维护方法和常见故障解决方法等。此种截割部大大提高了悬臂式掘进机机组的综合生产效率。This paper introduces the structure of cutting unit in the boom-type roadheader. Transmission principle of twostage planetary gear reducer is introduced, and the transmission ratio is calculated. The rotary water-distribution device is designed, the outer spray system of efficient ultrasonic air atomization device is designed. The maintenance method of cutting unit and the common troubleshooting methods are presented. The designed cutting unit can greatly improve production efficiency of cutting part cantilever machine.
