摘　　要：目的探讨左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者的血清血小板衍生生长因子-B(platelet-derived growth factor-BB,PDGF-BB)的影响。方法将原发性1、2级高血压患者随机分为对照组(n=25)、左旋氨氯地平组(n=25)、利尿剂组(n=25)。对照组给予治疗性生活方式干预,左旋氨氯地平组给予治疗性生活方式干预+口服左旋氨氯地平治疗,利尿剂组给予治疗性生活方式干预+口服利尿剂治疗。比较三组治疗前及治疗6、12个月血清PDGF-BB的变化。结果对照组、利尿剂组、左旋氨氯地平组三组治疗前血清PDGF-BB差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6个月后对照组、利尿剂组血清PDGF-BB与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);左旋氨氯地平组与治疗前相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗12个月后对照组血清PDGF-BB与治疗前、治疗6个月后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);利尿剂组、左旋氨氯地平组血清PDGF-BB与治疗前、治疗6个月后相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后12个月左旋氨氯地平组血清PDGF-BB较治疗前降低水平比利尿剂组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平能有效降低高血压患者的血清PDGF-BB水平。Objective To investigate the impact of levamlodipine to platelet-derived growth factor-BB（ PDGF-BB） in patients with hypertension. Methods Patients with 1 or 2 grade primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group（ n=25）,L-amlodipine group（n=25）and diuretic group（n=25）. Patients in the control group only received therapeutic lifestyle intervention. And patients in L-amlodipine group and diuretic group were respectively received oral levamlodipine and diuretics besides therapeutic lifestyle intervention. Compare the serum level of PDGF-BB in the three groups before treatment and 6,12 months after treatment. Results Before treatment, serum PDGF-BB levels among the three groups did not show significant difference （ P 〉0. 05）. After 6 months’ treatment,serum PDGF-BB in the L-amlodipine group was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0. 01）,while in the control and diuretic group,serum PDGF-BB did not have significant reduction（P 〉0. 05）. After 12 months of treatment,there was no significant change of serum PDGF-BB in the control group when compared with that before treatment and after 6 months’ treatment（P〉0. 05）. And in both L-amlodipine（P〈0. 01）and diuretic group,the reduction of PDGF-BB was significant（P〈0. 01）. After 12 months of treatment,the reduction of serum PDGF-BB compared with that before treatment in the L-amlodipine group was more significant than that in the diuretic group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Levamlodipine can effectively reduce serum PDGF-BB in patients with hypertension.
