摘  要:建立同时测定番石榴中三唑酮和腐霉利的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析方法。番石榴样品经乙腈提取,凝胶渗透色谱净化,GC-MS/MS检测,外标法定量。结果表明:三唑酮和腐霉利在0.05-0.50 mg/kg范围内,回收率在77.4%-100.7%之间,相对标准偏差为5.0%-9.6%(n=5)。三唑酮、腐霉利定量限分别为0.01和0.005 mg/kg。该方法灵敏、准确,适用于番石榴中2种杀菌剂的残留检测分析。An analysis method was established for quantitative determination of triadimefon and procymidone residues in guava by GC-MS/MS.In the method,guava samples were extracted with acetonitrile,cleaned up by gel permeation chromatography(GPC),detected by GC-MS/MS.The results showed that the average recoveries of triadimefon and procymidone ranged from 77.4% to 100.7%,the relative standard deviations were 5.0%-9.6%,at the concentration of0.05-0.50 mg/kg.The method was sensitive,accurate,and could be used for detection of triadimefon and procymidone residues in guava.
