摘 要:基于武汉大学等单位2015年在广东省所获取的570家制造企业及其1 327名中高层管理者的BIF-44量表调查数据,对发展规模、注册性质、地域分布、出口行为等不同类型制造业企业的总体人格特质进行分析发现,大型企业、国有企业、珠三角企业、出口企业五个维度的人格特质要普遍优于小微企业、私营企业、粤东和粤西企业、非出口企业等。这说明人格特质可以用来分析群体组织特征,拓展了人格特质理论的应用空间。所以,应将人格特质作为企业人力资源管理的重要依据,企业和政府应采取相应措施实现劳动力的优化配置。Based on the China Employer-Employee Survey BIF-44 data, which were conducted in 2015 in 570 manufacturing companies of Guangdong Province and their 1327 middle-senior execut ives, the research aims to ex-plore the overall personality traits of different manufacturing companies, including the scale of development, regis-tration nature, geographical distribution and export behavior. It finds that personality traits of large enterprises, state-owned enterprises, the PRD enterprises and export enterprises are better than those of the small and micro enterprises ,private enterprises, the eastern and western Guangdong enterprises, non-exporting enterprises. It shows that the personality traits can be used to analyze the characteristics of organizations, expand the application space of personality traits theory. The personality traits should be deemed as an important reference to human resources management. This paper recommends that companies and governments should take appropriate measures to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources.
