摘　　要：日本自卫队积极参与PKO1引发的种种问题始终为日本社会舆论所关注,特别是在2015年安倍政府推动新安保法通过之后,日本国内出现了许多反对的声音。尽管日本社会各界对于扩大自卫队海外活动权限的反对呼声依然强烈,但是其深层原因已经同上世纪90年代初第一次派遣时有所不同。质言之,以往的呼吁日本政府对历史问题进行反省,反对与宪法相抵触的海外派兵等意见已经失去了压倒性的影响力,近年来出于对人员生命安危的担忧已经成为反对自卫队参与PKO行动的主要理由。一方面,由于安倍政权构建的新安保体制已经突破了和平宪法的限制,另一方面,日本社会思潮逐渐向右转向,也在一定程度上左右了日本民众对于自卫队海外派遣的态度。日本社会舆论这种变化尤其值得关注和深入探究。The controversy sparked by Self-Defense Forces （S DF） participation in PKO becomes one of the hot social issues in Japan. Especially after the enactment of the Security Law by Mr. Abe,s government in 2015, there appeared a lot of objection in Japan. In spite of the strong domestic objection to the expansion of the powers of the self-defense forces in the overseas activit ies, the underlying causes have been somewhat different from the first dis-patch in the last century. To put it blunt ly, in recent years, the concern about the safety of human life has become a big reason for the SDF participation in PKO action. Instead, opposition to sending troops overseas for the reason of its conflict with the institutional law and Japan , s failure to reflect on the historical issues has lost the overwhelming influence. The Japanese attitude to the dispatch of the SDF overseas is to some extent influenced by the new security system of the Abe administration which has broken through the limitation of the peace constitution and by the Japa-nese ideological trend which has gradually shifted to the right. This change in Japanese society is particularly worthy of attention and further exploration.
