摘　　要：针对目前在辅助用药上存在的超适应症、超疗程、超剂量等滥用现状,在"军卫一号"医院信息系统中增加了对辅助用药医嘱的监控、核查和审批功能,改变了过去的事后监管和处罚方式,实现了对辅助用药医嘱的全过程管控和审批。提高了医嘱用药的合理性,降低了药占比,提高了用药管理水平。According to over indication, overtreatment and overdose about medical orders of inpatient, in the military medical information system, monitoring, verification and approval functions system for doctor orders of adjuvant drug are developed. Monitoring on whole process of medical treatment are actualized. Drug order rationality are increased, the ratio of drug cost is decreased, and the management level of drug orders is increased.
