摘　　要：目的:实现输血科内的信息化管理,即从申请、采血、备血、成分、出库、到血、开始输血、结束输血的管理,更好地保证血液安全性。方法:按照等级医院相关要求,必须要建立从采血到用血的管理,实现整个血液链的追溯,实现医生输血前评估,血站对临床合理用血的指导,输血反应的分析,输血后评估,输血记录,血液的统一调剂等,各个环节的全流程质控。结果:基于EMR输血管理系统实现了输血流程的闭环管理。结论:闭环式输血管理系统保障了输血安全和医疗质量,简化护理输血流程,并符合三级医院标准,为医院带来了明显的社会效益。Objective： In order to realize the information management of blood transfusion, realize the management of the application, blood collection, preparation of blood, composition, library, to the blood, the beginning of blood transfusion, the end of blood transfusion, to better ensure the safety of blood. Methods： In accordance with the relevant requirements of the rank of the hospital must be to establish from blood to blood management, realize the whole blood chain traceability, realize doctors blood transfusion before the assessment, guidance of blood for clinical rational use of blood, blood transfusion reaction analysis, evaluation after blood transfusion, record of the transfusion, the blood of unified adjustment, all aspects of the whole process quality control. Results： With the closed loop management of transfusion process was realized based on the EMR transfusion management system. Conclusion： Closed loop transfusion management system to ensure the safety of blood transfusion and medical quality, simplify the process of nursing and blood transfusion, and in line with the three level of hospital standards for the hospital has brought significant social benefits.
