摘　　要：目的:建立满足华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院消毒供应中心需求的信息系统。方法:消毒供应可追溯管理信息系统以医院现有的各种信息化应用系统为基础,与其集成化实施,能够规范科室的工作流程。结果:实现贯穿消毒供应中心、中心手术室、手术室小供应室、手术室无菌物品仓库及手术间等各相关工作区进行质量追溯和过程管理,同时与医院各信息化子系统建立了数据交换。结论:消毒供应可追溯管理信息系统是一个规范性系统,它的建成提高了整个消毒供应中心灭菌物品卫生质量追溯和全院范围内的物流信息追踪管理能力,有利于院内感染的控制,保障了医疗安全。Objective： This information system is to meet the CSSD＇s needs of our hospital. Methods： The CSSD information system is based on the various existing informational application systems in our hospital, and the implementation of this system is to integrate with other systems, in order to regulate department workflow. Results： Achieving the purpose of retrospective quality and process management running through the central sterile supply department, central operating room, small supply room in operating room, operating room sterile storage, operating room and other relevant work area, and each information subsystem in our hospital can establish a data exchange. Conclusion： The CSSD information system is a normative system, it＇s built to improve the ability of the entire CSSD sterilized items quality tracing and tracking, and the logistics information management capabilities within the hospital-wide, we also take advantages of nosocomial infection control, and secure the medical safety in our hospital.
