摘　　要：目的:探讨移动护理信息技术规范输血流程的可行性。方法:梳理输血流程,依据《临床输血技术规范》、根据临床需要研发输血模块,使移动护理信息输血平台与医院信息系统(HIS)、实验室信息系统(LIS)、电子病历系统(EMR)共享,从输血申请、标本采集、核对、取血、输注等环节对输血流程进行规范,实现安全输血管理信息化。结果:移动护理信息技术应用到输血流程中,使原有输血流程得到优化,减少人为因素造成的输血错误。结论:输血流程规范化,可提高工作效率,保障用血安全。Objective： To discuss about the feasibility of standardizing the blood transfusion process with mobile nursing information technology. Methods： The blood transfusion process is summarized. On the basis of Technical Specifications for Clinical Blood Transfusion, according to the clinical needs the blood transfusion module is developed, so that the mobile nursing information blood transfusion platform shares information with hospital information system （HIS）, laboratory information system （LIS） and electronic medical record system （EMR）. From blood transfusion application, specimen colection, checking, blood taking, infusion and other links, the blood transfusion process is standardized, and the safe blood transfusion management informationization is realized. Results： After the mobile nursing information technology is applied to the blood transfusion process, the blood transfusion process is optimized, and blood transfusion errors caused by human factors are reduced. Conclusion： The standardization of blood transfusion process can improve the work efficiency and guarantee safety of blood use.
