摘 要:本研究目的是比较湿式和干式高效快速分离提取鲜蛋壳内膜技术的效果,拟建立湿式机械粉碎鲜蛋壳内膜分离提取方法.研究采用重量检测的方法,以人工分离提取鲜蛋壳内膜为参考标准,比较湿式和干式机械粉碎分离提取鲜蛋壳内膜的差别.结果显示:在高效快速分离提取鲜蛋内膜过程中,机械粉碎比人工剥离分离提取效果高效;湿式比干式分离提取效果好;在强酸、弱酸、中性和强碱分离提取效果中,盐酸比醋酸分离提取效果好;适宜盐酸和醋酸浓度均体现良好的分离提取效果.研究结论:盐酸湿式机械粉碎鲜蛋壳可高效快速分离提取鲜蛋内膜,该方法可为深入开发蛋壳内膜高活性化合物提供有效原材料.The purpose of this study is to compare extraction and separation effectsof mechanical disintegration between wet and dry for inner membrane in fresh eggshell, and then to establish the wet separating and extracting method of inner membrane of fresh eggshell by mechanical disintegration. The difference between artificial and mechanical disintegration of the inner membrane of the fresh eggshell was analyzed by contrast method. Based on weight determination, the basis was provided for separating and extracting the inner membrane of fresh eggshell.The results showed that during the process of egg membrane extraction, mechanical disintegration was better that of artificial extraction; the wet type was better than dry one; In different microenvironment such as weak acid, strong acid, neutral, and alkali, the extraction and separation effects of hydrochloric acid was better than that of acetic acid; The appropriate concentration of hydrochloric acid and acetic acid was very important. Conclusions : the wet mechanical disintegration with hydrochloric acid of egg membrane was very effective, the method can provide effective raw materials for the further development of eggshell membrane highly active compounds.
