餐后2h血糖检测对早期发现隐性糖尿病的临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的探究餐后2 h血糖检测对早期发现隐性糖尿病的临床意义。方法入选2015年3月—2016年3月在该院进行血糖检测的患者120例,根据空腹血糖检测结果分成对照组与观察组,各60例,对照组中患者的空腹血糖小于7 mmol/L,观察组中患者的空腹血糖大于或等于7 mmol/L。对两组患者的餐后2 h血糖进行检测,对测定结果进行分析比较。结果观察组中餐后2 h的血糖水平大于等于11.1 mmol/L的患者阳性率为91.6%,与其空腹血糖值判断为糖尿病的诊断结果 100%间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组中餐后2 h的血糖水平大于等于11.1 mmol/L的患者阳性率为68.3%,明显大于空腹血糖检测为糖尿病阳性率0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论餐后2 h血糖检测对早期发现隐性糖尿病有重要的临床意义,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the clinical significance of blood sugar test at 2h after meal in the early discovery of latent diabetes. Methods 120 cases of patients with blood sugar test in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the fasting blood sugar test results, the fasting blood sugar was less than 7mmol/L in the control group, and the fasting blood sugar was 7 mmol/L or above, and the blood sugar at 2h after meal of the two groups was tested and the measurement result was analyzed and compared. Results The positive rate of patients whose blood sugar level was 11.1 mmol/L or above at 2h after meal in the observation group was 91.6%, and the fasting blood sugar test showed that the diabetes positive rate was 100% and the difference had no statistical significance （ P 〉0.05）; the positive rate of patients whose blood sugar level was 11.1 mmol/L or above at 2h after meal in the control group was 68.3%, and the fasting blood sugar test showed that the diabetes positive rate was 0 % and the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The blood sugar test at 2h after meal is of important clinical significance to the early discovery of latent diabetes, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
