甲钴胺联合丹红注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分析甲钴胺联合丹红注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选择144例原发性高血压患者,随机分为70例对照组和74例实验组,对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,实验组在对照组患者治疗的基础上联用丹红注射液,两组患者均进行为期四周的治疗,治疗期间均严格控制血糖。结果治疗后,实验组患者的正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度与感觉神经传导速度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为91.89%,75.71%,实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺联合丹红注射液治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变能显著提高患者的神经传导速度,疗效显著,不良反应小,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical curative effect of senile diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Mecobalamin Combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of. Methods A total of 144 patients with primary hyperten-sion patients, randomly divided into for 70 cases of control group and 74 cases in the experimental group, patients in control group were treated with Mecobalamin, experimental group in the control of the patients in the treatment group on the basis of Danhong injection, two groups of patients were for a period of four weeks of treatment, during treatment are in strict con-trol of blood glucose. Results After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity were significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Experimental group and control group after treatment, the total effective rate was 91.89%, 75.71%, the total effective rate of the experimental group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mecobalamin Combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve patients with nerve conduction velocity, re-markable curative effect, less adverse reactions, it is worth clinical promotion.
