亚临床甲状腺功能减退及糖尿病慢性并发症的治疗手段

摘　　要：目的分析和探究针对亚临床甲状腺功能减退伴糖尿病患者的临床治疗方案。方法选择2014年12月—2016年3月该院收治的亚临床甲状腺功能减退伴糖尿病患者60例作为此次报告的研究对象。分别给予患者服用以下药物,包括了:①左旋甲状腺素钠②二甲双胍片③依帕司他。三种药物配合应用,观察患者服药后的疾病、并发症等临床指标改善情况。结果显示:亚临床甲状腺功能减退伴糖尿病患者在联合用药后,患者的血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、血糖等临床指标相比治疗前明显恢复,存在可见差别,P<0.05。通过观察,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症伴糖尿病患者的并发症结果可知:患者出现视网膜病变、肾病、神经病变等均有所改善,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在临床治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退伴糖尿病患者期间,在针对糖尿病治疗的同时加上对于亚临床甲状腺功能减退的用药干预,可以明显改善患者的各项治疗指标,保证了患者的治疗效果。Objective To analyze and explore for subclinical thyroid function decline with the clinical treatment of diabetic patients. Methods Choose in December 2014 to March 2016 our hospital patients with diabetes with subclinical thyroid function decline of 60 cases as the research object of this report. Respectively for patients taking these drugs, including① l thyroxine sodium.② metformin.③ in accordance with the company he. Three application with drugs, patients disease, complications after taking the clinical indexes such as to improve the situation. Results The results showed that patients with diabetes with thyroid function decline after the combination, the patient＇s serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ hdlc）, blood sugar and other clinical indicators than before treatment significantly restored, there are visible differences, P〈0.05. Thyroid function of patients with diabetes with recession complications result, retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy patients were improved, significant difference, P 〈0.05. Conclusion During the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes with thyroid function decline, while for diabetes treatment and drug intervention of the thyroid function recession, can obviously improve the patient＇s treatment of indicators, to ensure the effect of patient care.
