综合护理对新生儿糖尿病合并腹泻的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理对新生儿糖尿病合并腹泻的效果。方法选取2013年12月—2015年12月长春市儿童医院门诊-分诊科收治的糖尿病合并腹泻患儿186例,随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(综合护理)各93例,比较治疗效果和患儿家属满意度。结果观察组有效率为98.9%,患儿家属满意度为100%,对照组有效率为80.6%,患儿家属满意度为75.3%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理对新生儿糖尿病合并腹泻的效果满意。Objective To explore the effect of compreh ensive nursing on ne onatal diabetes with diarrhea. Methods December December 2013 to 2015 in Changchun children＇s hospital out-patient - diag nosis, who were hospitalized in the Department of diabetic diar rhea with 186 cases of children with selected, were randomly divided in to control group （routine nursing） and observat ion group （Comprehensive N u rs in g） 93 cases, compared with the tre atment effect and the sat is faction of the parents. Results The ef f iciency of the o b servat io n group was 98.9%, the family satis faction was 100%, the control group was 80.6%, the fami ly sat isfact ion was 75.3% （ P 〈0.05）.
