摘 要:目的利用分类树模型法分析重症患者急性肾损伤的相关影响因素,为临床预防急性肾损伤提供参考依据。方法选取2012-03-2014-01该院重症医学科住院的314例患者为研究对象。记录患者的相关临床资料,采用Exhaustive CHAID分类树模型法分析重症患者出现急性肾损伤的主要影响因素。结果分类树模型从34个候选变量中筛选出4个重要解释变量,分别是格拉斯哥昏迷评分、休克、使用羟乙基淀粉和血糖。结论采用分类树模型分析重症患者急性肾损伤主要相关影响因素是可行的。格拉斯哥昏迷评分、休克和血糖升高是重症患者急性肾损伤发生的危险因素。Objective To analyze the impact factors of acute kidney injury( AKI) in critical patients by a classification tree model. Methods A total of 314 patients admitted to our ICU from March 2012 to January 2014 were included. The clinical data of the patients were recorded to analyze the impact factors of AKI using the Exhaustive CHAID classification tree model. Results Four important explanatory variables were screened out by the classification tree model from the 34 candidate variables related to AKI,including Glasgow coma scale,shock,administration of HES and blood glucose. Conclusion The classification tree model can effectively analyze the major impact factors of AKI in critical patients. Glasgow coma scale,shock and blood glucose are the risk factors of AKI.
