中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛的临床疗效。方法整群选取2014年1月—2015年12月该院收治的118例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者的临床资料,依照治疗方法不同将入选病例分为两组。对照组57例,患者口服温胃舒颗粒;实验组61例,患者煎服参附黄蒲汤。治疗周期结束后,对比分析两组疗效。结果实验组治愈率(47.54%)和治疗总有效率(96.72%)显著高于对照组治愈率(21.05%)和治疗总有效率(80.70%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药均未见明显不良反应(0%),随访期间实验组5例胃痛复发(8.2%),复发率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以中药参附黄蒲汤治疗脾胃虚寒型胃痛效果理想、安全可靠,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the cl inical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Shenfu Huangpu soup in the treatment of spleen deficiency type stomach. Methods Group selection a retrospective analysis in January 2014 and December 2015 in our hospital from 118 cases of spleen deficiency type stomach in patients with cl inicaldata , according to the different methods in the treatment of cases will be selected and divided into two groups. In the control group, 57 cases were treated with oral administration of temperature and stomach, and 61 cases in the experimental group. After the end of the treatment period, the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The cure rate of the experimental group （47.54%） and total effective rate （96.72%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （21.05%） and total effective rate （80.70%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups （0%）. There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the 5 groups （8.2%）, in the experimental group during the fol lowup period was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Shenfu Huangpu soup in the treatment of spleen deficiency type stomach is effective, safe and reliab le, worthy of promotion of use.
