摘 要:目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法随机抽取2014年6月—2016年6月期间该院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者100例作研究对象,将患者分为两组,其中对照组(n=50例)患者采用常规治疗方案,而观察组(n=50例)患者则采用无创呼吸机治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后Sa O2、Pa CO2、Pa O2指标水平变化情况及并发症发生率。结果两组患者治疗前Sa O2、Pa CO2、Pa O2对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗1 d后各项指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),组间治疗后对比,观察组Pa CO2(50.01±7.82)mm Hg改善情况优于对照组(47.35±7.21)mm Hg(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8%明显低于对照组20%(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上增加无创呼吸机治疗治疗,能够有效提高患者临床治疗效果,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective To probe into the clinical effects of non invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory. Methods 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and who accepted treatments in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were taken as control experiment,and the patients were divided into two groups,in the control group(n=50 cases) were treated with conventional treatment while in the observation group(n =50 cases) of patients were treated with noninvasive ventilator. Then, the changes of Sa O2, Pa CO2, Pa O2 index and the incidence of complications of wo groups of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results There was no difference in the comparsion of Sa O2,Pa CO2 and Pa O2 of patients of two groups before treatment(P >0.05),and the indexes of the two groups after treatment were better than before treatment.Two groups after treatment were compared,the improvement of Pa CO2of(50.01±7.82) mm Hg in observation group was better than that in control group of(47.35±7.21) mm Hg(P<0.05); And the incidence rate of complication in observation group was 8%,which was lower than that in control group of 20%(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure patients on the basis of conventional treatment to increase noninvasive ventilator therapy which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, thus it has a certain clinical application value.
