持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法研究对象为方便选取2014年2月—2016年1月该院所收治的75例糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者,将收治的患者随机分为常规组和持续健康教育组。常规组行常规健康教育;持续健康教育组施行持续健康教育。比较两组患者1对护理服务的满意度;2用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、血糖监测知识评分;3血糖达标率、视力恢复率。结果 1持续健康教育组患者对护理服务的满意度显著比常规组高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;2持续健康教育组用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、血糖监测知识评分显著比常规组好,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;3持续健康教育组血糖达标率、视力恢复率显著比常规组高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论持续健康教育在糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者中的应用效果确切,可有效提高患者对用药知识、饮食知识、运动知识、血糖监测知识的掌握情况,并自觉提高自身健康行为,促进血糖达标和视力恢复,患者对护理服务满意,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of continuous health education in patients with diabetes complicated with retinopathy. Methods Convenient selected subjects were 75 patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from February2014 to January,2016. The patients were randomly divided into routine group and continuous health education group. Regular health education in the routine group and continuing health education in the continuing health education group. Compared with the two groups of patients 1on the satisfaction of nursing services;(2) medication knowledge, diet knowledge,exercise knowledge, blood glucose monitoring knowledge score; 3blood sugar compliance rate, visual recovery rate. Results1 continuing health education of patients on nursing service satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05 the difference was statistically significant;2continuing health education group medication knowledge,dietary knowledge, knowledge, knowledge of blood glucose monitoring scores were significantly better than the conventional group, P < 0.05 the difference was statistically significant; 3continuing health education group, the standard rate of blood glucose the visual acuity was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, P < 0.05 the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Effect of continuous health education in patients with diabetic retinopathy in exactly, can effectively improve the patients on medication knowledge, dietary knowledge, exercise knowledge, blood glucose monitoring knowledge,and improve their health conscious behavior, promote blood glucose and visual acuity recovery, satisfaction of patients to nursing service, worthy of promotion
