柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗围绝经期综合征的临床应用效果,为临床医生治疗围绝经期综合征提供新的方法。方法整群选择2011年10月—2012年11月来该院治疗围绝经期综合征的患者112例,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组56例。对照组采用西药对症治疗,治疗组同时采用柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率为98.21%,明显高于对照组总有效率为69.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论围绝经期综合征患者在对症治疗基础上采用柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗效果明显,能有效提高疗效,用药安全性高,改善患者生活质量,可推广应用。Objective To study the clinical application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in treating perimenopausal period syndrome,to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods Group selection 112 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2012 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction, and we observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.21%, significantly higher than that of the control group, the total effective rate was 69.64%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion Perimenopausal syndrome patients in the symptomatic treatment by Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction in the treatment effect is obvious, can effectively improve the curative effect, high drug safety, improve the quality of life of patients, popularization and application.
