摘　　要：按照中国大陆构造环境监测网络项目业务流程和管理要求,基于.NET、OC4J开源框架,结合Oracle Spatial、Oracle Map Viewer等技术,采用B/S和C/S相结合的方式初步构架了国家测绘地理信息局数据子系统业务运行平台(简称为"子系统"),包括数据管理、数据监控、数据服务等软件。详细分析了子系统业务需求,对软件功能模块、技术流程进行了详细设计,实现了数据自动汇集与入库管理、系统自主监控和动态信息服务,提高了数据管理的工作效率和规范程度,为各类用户提供数据、成果、信息的共享服务。According to the business process and management requirements of the project of Crustal Movement Observation Network of China,we construct the data subsystem of National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation （Referred to as ＂ subsystem＂ ） based on the open source framework of. NET, OC4J and the technology of oracle spatial, MapViewer,including the data management,data monitoring,data service software.The requirements of the subsystem are analyzed in detail and the function and process flow of software are designed in this paper.These software realize the data automatic storage management,system monitoring and dynamic information service,and greatly improve the data management efficiency and standard degree,as well as providing all kinds of users with data, results,information sharing services.
