摘　　要：目的:调查分析西藏当前地、县两级疾控中心实验室仪器设备资源状况,为将来更加合理配置西藏疾控系统实验室仪器设备资源提供依据。方法:自制问卷,开展现场问卷调查和访谈,利用Excel表格对现场收集数据进行分析。结果:西藏地、县两级疾控中心实验室仪器设备配置数量不足,不同地区之间存在差异,同一机构内存在结构上的不平衡。结论:应根据国家要求和西藏实际情况配齐和优化地、县两级疾控中心实验室仪器设备资源。Objective To survey and analyze the allocation status of laboratory instrument and equipment in prefec-ture and county CDCs of Tibet so as to provide basis for more rational allocation of instrument and equipment resources in the future. Methods Self--developed questionnaire was used for field survey and interviews. Data collected from the field were input and analyzed by Excel. Results There was insufficient allocation of laboratory instrument and equipment resources in the prefecture and county CDCs of Tibet. There was significant discrepancy between different prefectures and counties. And there was also imbalance between different types of laboratory instrument and equipment allocation within institutions. Conclusions The laboratory instrument and equipment in the prefecture and county CDCs of Tibet should be allocated and optimized on the basis of national requirements and local situation.
