摘　　要："新农合"作为政府为农民提供的一个"准公共产品",在减轻子女家庭养老负担和缓解广大农民因病致贫方面发挥了重要作用。但通过实地调研发现,"新农合"在具体实施过程中对家庭养老产生了一定的正面效应和负面影响,一方面,极大地减轻了家庭养老的负担,另一方面出现了功能异化,成为了子女逃避养老责任的借口,导致农村老人在家庭中得到的东西进一步缩减,使家庭养老功能再次被弱化。对此,文章提出助养融合则是"新农合"的未来发展方向。＂New Rural Co-operative Medical System＂, as a ＂quasi-public goods＂, is provided for farmers, which played an important role in reducing the financial burden on children family endowment and alleviating farmers poverty because of illness. But through field investigation, we find that ＂New Rural Co-operative Medi- cal System＂ has certain influence on the family pension in the concrete implementation process. On the one hand, ＂New Rural Co-operative Medical System＂ ease the burden on the family endowment; on the other hand, it makes the function of family endowment weakened again. So we conclude the fusion of ＂New Rural Co-opera- tive Medical System＂ and family endowment is the future direction of development.
