摘 要:为开发适合医疗废物有效、清洁的焚烧技术,对医疗废物中的代表性单组分和模拟医疗废物进行低温热分解试验研究.结果表明:除组织类医疗废物外,空气气氛对医疗废物各类单组分热分解反应具有促进作用.医疗废物各单组分在空气气氛下的热分解过程较氮气气氛下集中.空气和氮气气氛下,医疗废物各组分热分解过程中主峰宽分别为81-168℃和87-258℃.表明控制空气氧化焚烧技术中低温热分解处理医疗废物原理上可行.医疗废物各单组分在空气和氮气气氛下热分解过程最剧烈时的温度非常接近.空气和氮气气氛下,出现主失重速率峰值时对应的温度分别介于297-358℃和290-458℃.空气气氛下,模拟医疗废物热分解过程不是单组分的线性叠加,但是在较大程度上反映了各个单组分的失重过程.并且,不同组分混合有利于模拟医疗废物在CAO焚烧过程中低温热分解处理.To develop an effective and clean treatment technology for dealing with medical waste, the thermal decomposition characteristics of simulated medical waste in low temperature are studied. The experimental results show that it is beneficial to decompose the medical waste in the air except the pork. The decomposition of typical components of medical waste is more centralized in the air than that in the nitrogen. During the process of thermal decomposition, main temperatures vary from 297 -358℃ and 290 -458℃ in the air and in the nitrogen, respectively. In the air environment , the thermal decomposition process of mixture is not linear superposition of thermal decomposition processes of each component, but reflects the thermal decomposition of each species that composes the simulated medical waste. Moreover, the mixture of different situations helps to simulate the low temperature thermal decomposition medical waste when medical waste is burnt in CAO.
