不同口腔护理液在预防肝移植患者术后口腔真菌感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨3%碳酸氢钠液与生理盐水在预防肝移植患者术后口腔真菌感染中的效果。方法:将112例肝移植术后患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用生理盐水液进行口腔护理;观察组采用3%碳酸氢钠液进行口腔护理,比较两组患者术后口腔真菌感染的发生情况。结果:观察组口腔真菌感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用3%碳酸氢钠溶液进行口腔护理,可有效预防肝移植术后口腔真菌感染。Objective：To study 3% sodium bicarbonate solution and saline in the prevention of oral fungal infection in patients after liver transplantation. Methods ： Randomly divided 112 cases of patients after liver transplantation into control group and observation group. The control group used saline solution for oral care; observation group was treated with 3% sodium bicarbonate solution for oral care. Oral fungal infection occurred after operation in two groups were compared. Results：The oral fungal infection rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Oral nursing with 3% sodium bicarbonate solution can effectively prevent oral fungal infection after liver transplantation.
