摘　　要：目的:探讨建立项目管理小组对降低高风险药物致住院患者跌倒的效果。方法:成立防跌倒项目管理小组,确立项目名称、项目组成员,设定项目管理目标值,行可行性分析,制定计划和具体实施步骤,定期采取PDCA、柏拉图、鱼骨图等质量分析方法进行分析,及时反馈结果。结果:2014年我院980例服用高风险药物患者中发生跌倒11例,2015年我院1125例服用高风险药物住院患者中跌倒发生5例,低于2014年(P<0.05),达到了项目管理的预期目标值。结论:项目管理小组为护理管理者提供了一种新的运作模式,在预防高风险药物致患者跌倒中取得较好成效,值得借鉴。Objective：To discuss the effect of establishing a project management team to reduce hospitalized patients falling caused by high - risk drugs. Methods ： Establish the project management team and determine the name of the project and the members, set up the project management goal, carry out the feasibility analysis, develop plans and specific implementation steps, and the quality analysis method such as PDCA, Plato and fishbone diagram were routinely adopted and analyzed,feedback result timely. Results：In our hospital, there were 980 patients taking high risk drug in 2014,11 cases fell, and in 2015 ,5 cases of 1125 cases of hospitalized patients taking high risk drugs fell, which was lower than that of 2014 （ P 〈 0. 05）. Expected target value of project management was achieved. Conclusion ： The project management team provided a new operation mode for nursing administrators, the new mode used for the prevention of high risk drug - induced falls was worth learning.
