摘　　要：目的:了解ICU护理人员对终末期患者实施放弃治疗措施后的情感体验。方法:以质性研究的现象学方法为指导,对成都市3所医院ICU的17名护理人员进行访谈,将收集的资料进行分析及处理。结果:共提炼出认知体验、情感体验2个主题。结论:管理者应制定终末期患者放弃治疗可操作性规程,定期对护理人员进行心理辅导,减轻护理人员负罪感和心理压力。ObjectiveTo understand the emotional experience of ICU nurses after giving up treatment to end - stage patients. Methods： By the method of qualitative research, 17 nursing staffs in ICU of three hospitals in Chengdu were interviewed,and the collected data were analyzed and processed. Results： The analysis collected two subjects ： cognitive experience and emotional experience. Conclusion ： The managers should develop operable procedures for the end -stage patients who want to abandon the treatment and provide regular psychological counseling for nurses to reduce their guilt and psychological stress.
