共情护理对腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症患者抑郁的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨共情护理对腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症患者抑郁的影响。方法 ：2013年11月-2015年11月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的不孕症患者86例,随机等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上加用共情护理,观察两组患者抑郁情况与满意度情况。结果：护理后研究组抑郁症状SDS评分由（60.83±9.40）下降至（42.64±4.76）,而对照组由（61.36±10.35）下降至（48.43±7.42）,且研究组患者总满意度明显高于对照组,差异比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在腹腔镜手术治疗不孕症患者常规护理的基础上,再加用共情护理,有利于减轻患者抑郁症状,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss effect of empathy nursing on depression of infertile patient who had laparoscopic surgery. Methods ： From November 2013 to November 2015,86 infertile patients underwent laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The study group was treated with empathy nursing based on the control group. The depression and satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results ：SDS scores of depressive symptoms in post - nursing study group decreased from （60. 83 ± 9. 40） to （42. 64 ±4.76 ）,the scores of control group decreased from （61 . 36 ± 10.35 ） to （48.43 ± 7. 42） . The total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher （ P 〈0. 05 ） than the control group , the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： On the basis of routine nursing of infertile patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery ,empathy nursing was beneficial to alleviate the depressive symptoms and improved the satisfaction of the patients, which was worthy of clinical popularization.
