湿润烧伤膏联合重组人生长激素治疗头面颈部硫酸烧伤临床体会

摘　　要：目的 总结湿润烧伤膏联合重组人生长激素治疗头面颈部硫酸烧伤的临床疗效。方法 对2000年10月-2010年10月河南省周口市烧伤医院收治的36例头面颈部硫酸烧伤患者采用湿润烧伤膏外涂联合重组人生长激素皮下注射治疗,观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果。结果 患者创面愈合时间,浅Ⅱ度为5-9 d,深Ⅱ度为12-25 d,Ⅲ度浅型为25-36 d,Ⅲ度深型为35-57 d;浅Ⅱ度与深Ⅱ度创面愈后均无瘢痕增生,仅留有少许色素沉着,Ⅲ度创面愈后有轻度瘢痕增生,增生部位较平坦,无功能障碍。结论 湿润烧伤膏联合重组人生长激素治疗头面颈部硫酸烧伤,创面愈合效果好,愈后皮肤无瘢痕增生或增生不明显。Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of MEBO in combination with recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of head and faciocervical sulfuric acid burns.Methods Thirty-six patients with head and faciocervical burns caused by sulfuric acid admitted into Zhoukou Empyrosis Hospital between October 2000 and October2010 were treated with MEBO in combination with the subcutaneous injection of recombinant human growth hormone,and the wound healing time and healing effect were observed.Results The wound healing time of superficial second-degree wounds was 5-9 days,deep second-degree wounds was 12-25 days,third-degree superficial type wounds were 25-36 days and third-degree deep type was 35- 57 days.The healed wounds of superficial second-degree and deep second-degree burns had no scar hyperplasia but had mild pigmentation.The healed wounds of third-degree burns had mild scar hyperplasia and the hypertrophic regions were relatively smooth with no dysfunction.Conclusion MEBO in combination with the recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of head and faciocervical sulfuric acid burns can realize good wound healing effect with no scar hyperplasia or mild hyperplasia on the healed wound skin.
