摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointment,MEBO)治疗耐药菌感染创面的临床疗效。方法 1例钢筋贯通伤创面感染患者在全身应用抗生素抗感染及局部应用双氧水、碘伏换药治疗1周后创面未见好转,经创面分泌物细菌培养及药敏试验发现细菌耐药,遂改用MEBO规范治疗,观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果。结果应用MEBO治疗2 d后,创面分泌物减少;继续规范治疗,创面逐渐缩小,直至治疗23 d时创面愈合。结论 MEBO治疗耐药茵感染创面疗效显著,且可明显降低患者在换药过程中的疼痛感。Objective To observe the curative effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment（MEBO） in the treatment of drug-resistant bacteria infection wound.Methods Drug-resistance was found at the wound of a patient afflicted with wound infection due to steel penetrating injury one week after receiving the treatment of systemic application of antibiotics to fight infection and wound dressing change with hydrogen peroxide and iodophor.Therefore,MEBO was applied normatively instead.The wound healing effects were observed.Results The wound secretions reduced two days after MEBO treatment and with continuous standard application of MEBO,the wound size decreased gradually.23 days later,the wound healed.Conclusion MEBO is obviously effective in the treatment of drug-resistant infection wound and can largely alleviate patient＇s pain during the dressing change.
