摘 要:现代汽油发动机进气道设计要求高滚流比和流量系数满足整车对发动机性能和油耗的要求,而目前广泛使用的涡流动量计气道稳流试验台架对于高滚流气道的测试结果偏差较大,不能满足现代发动机气道燃烧室开发的需求。通过对涡流动量计气道实验台架与PIV气道试验台架以及CFD模拟分析结果的对比分析,PIV气道试验台架具有明显的优势,可以满足对于高滚流比气道开发试验的需求。Modem gasoline engine intake air passage design requires high tumble ratio and flow coefficient in order to meet the engine performance and fuel consumption requirements. The test results accuracy for the high tumble ratio intake air port using steady air flow test bench with the impulse swirl meter is not enough and cannot meet the engine combustion system development demand. This paper compared the test results of the PIV air flow test bench and the steady air test bench and the CFD analysis . The PIV test bench has obvious advantages compared to the traditional steady air flow test bench, and can meet the high tumble ratio air passage development requirement.
