管结构主方支圆K型搭接节点滞回性能参数分析  

Parametric Analysis on Hysteretic Performance of Unstiffened Overlapped K-joints with Square Chords and Circular Braces in Steel Tubular Structure

摘　　要：为揭示主方支圆K型搭接节点隐藏焊缝焊与不焊对节点滞回性能的影响,按照参数θ,β,τ,Ov的变化,设计了12种节点试件,采用ANSYS非线性有限元法,对该类节点进行了数值模拟,得到了各参数试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线和延性性能等抗震性能指标.研究结果表明:参数θ,β,τ,Ov的变化对节点承载力的影响不是十分显著,YN节点的滞回及延性性能均优越于YH节点;随着θ,τ,Ov的增加,YN节点的滞回性能均有增加,随着β的增大,YN与YH节点的滞回耗能基本没变;不论是隐藏焊缝焊接与否,τ试件的能量耗散能力基本一致,参数θ,β,Ov对节点能量耗散影响明显,YN节点的能量耗散能力比YH节点优越.To reveal the influence of both welded and non-welded hidden weld seam of unstiffened overlapped K-joints with square chords and circular braces on the hysteretic performance of joints,the 12 kinds parametric specimens are designed according to the changes of parameters such asθ,β,τ,and Ov.With the ANSYS nonlinear finite element method,the numerical simulation for this joints is performed,and the seismic resistance indexes such as hysteretic loops,skeleton curves and ductility are obtained.The results indicate that the variation of parameters such asθ,β,τ,and Ovhas no significant effect on the bearing capacity of joints.The hysteretic performance and ductility of YN（joints with non-welded hidden weld seam）are superior to those of YH（joints with welded hidden weld seam）.With the increase ofθ,τ,and Ov,the hysteretic behavior of YN are increased.With the increase ofβ,YN and YH hysteretic energy essentially unchanged.Whether or not to hidden weld seam welded and non-welded,energy dissipation capacity of theτspecimen is consistent,and parametersθ,β,Ovhas obvious effect on energy dissipation capacity of joints.The energy dissipation performance of YN are superior to those of YH.
