摘 要:纳米粒子在抗癌药物传递、基因治疗、临床诊断等生物医药方面具有独特的优势.将作用机理不同的抗癌药物联合使用可达到提高药效的作用.通过共沉淀的方法制备了海藻酸/碳酸钙杂化纳米药物传递系统.该制备方法简便,条件温和,所得纳米粒子的尺寸与形貌可控.体外释药行为研究表明,同时负载阿霉素与紫杉醇的海藻酸/碳酸钙杂化纳米粒子对2种抗癌药物均具有较好的缓释效果;体外细胞毒性研究表明,载体材料毒性很小而载药纳米粒子对HeLa细胞具有较好的抑制效果.Nano particles have unique advantage on biological medicine like anti-cancer drug delivery,gene therapy,clinical diagnosis,etc.The combined utlization of anti-cancer drugs with different mechanism of action can improve the drug effect.The alginic acid/calcium carbonate hybridization nano-drug delivery system was prepared with coprecipitation method,which is simple and convenient and with mild conditions.The dimensions and morphology of the nano particle obtained is controllable.The study of drug release in vitro of co-delivery system shows that the alginic acid/calcium carbonate hybridization nanometer nano particles which load adriamycin amycin and paclitaxel at the same time has preferable slowrelease effect on two types of anti-cancer drugs;the research on cytotoxicity in vitro shows that the carrier material shows very light toxicity and the medicine-carrying nanoparticles have better inhibitory effect on HeLa cell.
